Global Shipping Overview
To serve customers around the world, we are honored to provide complimentary worldwide shipping on orders exceeding 69.9USD. For orders below this threshold, a flat rate of 6.99 USD applies. Policies remain subject to refinement as we enhance our services.
Orders are meticulously processed within 48 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and holidays) and dispatched with care. While delivery typically occurs within 3–10 business days, timelines may vary due to regional carrier operations.
Order Processing & Transit
Upon placing your order, a confirmation email will be sent immediately. Allow 1–5 business days for processing, followed by shipment within 3 business days (delays may occur during peak periods). A second email containing tracking details will follow once your parcel departs.
Weekend/holiday orders begin processing the next business day. Ensure your inbox (including spam folders) receives our correspondence.
Transparency & Tracking
A tracking number is provided via email once your order ships. Allow 1–4 days for tracking activation. While rare, delays in tracking updates do not impede delivery.
Delivery estimates: 6 days to 6 weeks, depending on destination logistics and global circumstances.
Address Accuracy & Limitations
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot reroute shipments or assume liability for errors in addresses provided.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Recipients are responsible for customs fees; refusal of shipments forfeits refund eligibility.
Delivery Challenges
While we partner with trusted carriers, delays due to weather, customs, or unforeseen events are beyond our control. Refunds for shipping costs are unavailable in such cases.
Lost packages: If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, contact us for resolution. Replacement discretion lies with Pearlmise.
Lost or Stolen Parcels
For marked “delivered” items:
- Verify address accuracy.
- Inspect delivery zones (porches, mailrooms, etc.).
- Inquire with neighbors or property managers.
- Contact the carrier directly for investigation.
Note: Pearlmise cannot refund/replace packages confirmed as delivered or stolen post-delivery.
Refunds & Replacements
We honor replacements or refunds only for carrier-confirmed losses. Errors in order details (size, quantity, address) are the customer’s responsibility.
